Dear Smoke,
You have to help me.  Short version, I lied on a job application and got the job.  I now discover that I m grossly under-qualified and I’m afraid of getting fired.  What should I do?

Hey Grossly Under-qualified!
My brother, where are you from?   Here’s the 411…many people are grossly under-qualified and still seem to hold their positions.  Questionable studies show that 98% of people have either exaggerated or lied on a application at least once in their lives.  I’d suggest that you remember the old saying, get to work on time, look funky fresh, fake it until you make it; and hope that the rest of the people at your workplace are as bogus as you.  Wait…. You don’t work for me, do you?
