Users at least 13 years of age and over are eligible for theSmoke’s Poutinerie loyalty program.

The Smoke’s Poutinerie App is available for download on the Apple Store and Google Play Store.

Tap on the Smokeface iconon the app’s home screen and you will be taken to the Smoke’sPoutinerieorder ahead menu.The location closest to you will be displayed automatically (if your location services are enabled). You can change the pick-up location by going to the “pick-up from” selector at the top of the screen and selecting a new location from the drop-down menu.

When you place an order, you will be taken to an Order Status Card on your home screen, which will notify you that your order has been placed. On this card, you will see an estimated preparation time.

Yes! Make sure you tell the employee prior to payment. Open the app, click “Pay Now”, and the cashier will prompt you to scan the QR code.

No, you must choose between paying with the app or using a payment method outside of the app.

In your app Account settings, tap on “Contact Support”and send an email to appsupport@smokespoutinerie.com with details pertaining to your order.

Your smartphone must be connected to Data or your WiFi must be ON to order or pay through the app.

No, but you may contact the location prior to placing your order to see if they can accommodate your request.

You may update your app password through the Account screen at the top right corner of the Home Page. To update any other personal information, please email appsupport@smokespoutinerie.com.

Customers can join the loyalty program by creating, and logging into their account through the Smoke’s Poutinerie App. Please follow instructions on the account registration page in order to create an account. You will automatically begin to collect points once an order has been placed through the app.

For every dollar, pre-tax, spent on orders placed through the Smoke’s Poutinerie App, program participants will receive 2 points. Smoke’s Poutinerie reserves the right to change the number of points allotted for each dollar spent at any time without notice. A detailed outline of the current point structure has been provided below.

  1. Points can be redeemed for select rewards at check-out. Available rewards will be clearly stated in the app under MY REWARDS. Smoke’s Poutinerie reserves the right to change available rewards, and their point value, at any time, without notice. Rewards may vary by location.
  2. You may also be eligible to earn points through participation of additional programs offered, such as (Birthday Offers, Limited Time Offers, etc.).
  3. Points can also be redeemed for Limited Time Offers, which are available only for a certain period of time. Smoke’s Poutinerie reserves the right to change available Limited Time Offers, and their point value, at any time, without notice.
  4. Points are awarded on participant’s account a few minutes after order has been placed. If you have not received your points, please reload your app. If the problem still persists, please contact us by email: appsupport@smokespoutinerie.com
  5. Points cannot be shared or transferred between two different accounts.
  6. Smoke’s Poutinerie reserves the right to credit loyalty points to any app user at any time without prior notice.
  7. Any cancelled or refunded orders will have their points refunded/removed based on Smoke’s Poutinerie discretion.
